FAQ - In the ‘’Regional details & purpose for analysis’’ RdSAP section of Lifespan Mobile we are unable to change the country and region details. Therefore it wont allow us to validate the survey. Answer - Have you checked that a PCDF update has been undertaken. The data required for weather information to be set is linked to the region and this information is linked to the data in the PCDF. If the PCDF is not updated then this information is sometimes not available. an update PCDF option(item 29) is available under the menu options when you click on the 3 lines next to the RdSAP 9.94 Banner
