Duplicate Errors found in import sheet

When uploading an import sheet, if you get an error saying duplicate errors found, it is likely that your import sheet contains blank cells where you have deleted information but not deleted the cells. These rows will be identified as Duplicates by the system, hence the error it is returning. They will need to be deleted before you can import the data. To check for blank cells: 1. Put a filter on your columns 2. Check if the filter gives you a "blank" option 3. Delete the blank cells
