Where tenant letters don't seem to be saving, it could be a case of them being overwritten. Within Projects there are different sections to create tenant letters, each type of letter stored within a separate object. These objects should be used only once per project to ensure the letters created here are saved and a copy remains in the file. Under 'Property Selection' is a tenant letters tab, this is used for initial contact with tenants (tenant letters object) and to provide tenants with a start date for work (start dates letter object). Under 'Construction', 'Programme Works' is a surveys tab, this is used to create the remaining letters - survey introduction, chase occupier and final notification objects. These letters should be used in this order, initially a survey introduction letter is produced and if no contact is made by the tenant, a chase occupier letter is sent (there are 2 chase letters stored in this object, however a second chase letter cannot be sent out until the first one has been created). A final notifification letter cannot be sent out unless both chase letters have first been created on the system. Within both areas there is a removals letter object. This should be used only once per property where applicable at the appropriate stage of work, either property selection or survey stage.
